Im opening sometime this month why can't I be on here :/
It said in the rules that your forum must be open for the whole duration of the contest, and closed boards can only qualify for 'Best Dead Forum' and 'Best In-Upcoming Forum' categories. Voting starts tonight and you can't really vote a closed forum for the Best Board category.
