How come I don't see Outline anywhere?
They decided we weren't good enough or something.
That's not necessarily true.  It was just felt that since Outline was offline during various times over the year and hasn't committed to resources as much as the other forums have...it didn't really deserve a nomination. Remember, we look at the YEAR each forum has had, not necessarily what is happening currently.
