For his forum, flavius chose MyBB software. In a message sent to the Zathyus News Broadcast, flavius explained the reason for his choice, saying that he had no way to create the resources he wanted on Zetaboards. Quote: Recently I have moved to MyBB, trying to get away from the ZB atmosphere and this group of people. I see ZB as a bunch of people running the show, starting forums. From IF where prejudice was very little, the ZB community has become very much prejudicial against new members and forums. People have begun to judge too much and not simply give things a go. For the reason stated above I moved from ZB to MyBB - a smaller, somewhat unknown software. Don\'t get me wrong, many people use it, it just doesn\'t get the credit it deserves. On ZB there was no chance for me to create the designs I wanted without having to learn JQuery. MyBB however, offered this and much more. MyBB is very customizable and theme design is pretty much limitless. Flavius also took time to explain what happened with his previous forums. Quote: What happened to News Column? Days before the opening, I realised that while I had staff, I was going it alone. No one was there to even give me some support. I had 2 reporters and 3 community staff members, but it seemed that while everyone was willing to help out at first, I was left deserted in the end. What happened to The Forum Theme Zone? I was actually working hard on this project, but I have just started grade 11 here in Australia which is the 2nd last year of Highschool. I wasn\'t going to have the time to run a full forum. Other than that, resource forums are dieing. No one wants to release free resources. It is either paid or none at all. I wanted to hire staff from the MyBB part of town, and focus on MyBB themes, but no one was interested. This idea was dead as well. As he explained all the above led him into opening his own forum. Though it currently has only a limited content, the forum is open for member registrations. Quote: The forum is open however. I do not care that the forum had no content before it opened, nor do I care whether people join the forum. The forum will be there no matter what, and those not joining will be missing out on the resources to come. Will Zathyus Networks community give a chance to flavius? Will you join this new forum? I don't think thats really the same. scott had the clouds in that navy blue, orange, tan, and green skin. and he had a huge header up at the top, and scott had more of a sky type thing, not really just clouds, and he had the grass at the very bottom of the skin. the only thing i agree with you on is the colors, but flavius is still missing the navy blue and the tan color =\|
